Can I bring a plus one? Yes, you’re welcome to bring a plus one, but please note that you will need to purchase a separate ticket at the same price for them.

I’m a corporate member – can I bring a coworker/employee? Yes, you can bring coworkers/employees. Please get in touch if you’d like to bring more than 1. 

I’m not a member – how do I join the ICA and attend the meeting? We’ve prepared special promotions for new members, so this is the best time to join the ICA.

Can I upgrade my room? Yes, but I’ll need to be done with Resorts World’s help, so please contact us for more information.

Can my company or I sponsor the event? Yes, please get in touch if you are interested in sponsoring the event.

Can I get involved with the planning? Yes! We’d love to get our members to lead meetings and activities! Morning run, anyone? A pickleball tournament? An expert session? Possibilities are endless, so please get in touch! 

What are the Dates? The official meeting starts Thursday, January 18, and concludes with a celebratory closing reception on the evening of Friday, January 19. For those already in town on Wednesday, January 17, we’ve also organized optional evening activities, which will likely be a casual self-paid dinner and drinks. And for those staying through Saturday, January 20, we have also planned daytime content.
